Import events from Google Calendar, GameChanger Schedule Sync or iPhone Calendar. Review them before adding them to your plan.
Choose what to share
Invite someone to a calendar. Choose whether they can see assigned trips, selected categories or the whole calendar, and who can edit.
Ask and reply
Ask the organizer or another adult on your shared calendar for a ride. Each pickup and drop-off has its own reply, so you can see what still needs confirming.
Calendar imports
Bring in the events you already have.
Connect Google Calendar, paste a GameChanger Schedule Sync link or choose events from iPhone Calendar. Pick the person whose schedule you're adding, review the events and confirm the import.
Your original calendars stay unchanged. Add pickup and drop-off trips to the imported events when you need them.

Add the optional small or medium Home Screen widget for your next event, trip status and confirmed helpers. Check its update time and open the app for the current plan.
Reminders and updates
Choose your reminder timing and receive phone alerts or verified-email notifications. Check the event for the latest plan when a schedule changes.
Optional email assistance
Turn on the AI email assistant to ask schedule questions or propose changes. You review and confirm each suggested change before it is saved.
