How can we help?
For help with your account, calendars or privacy, email pickmeuptime-support@mail.meshagent.com. Please leave out passwords, recovery codes and sensitive schedule details.
Getting started
Open the web app or your TestFlight invitation. Use a fictional sample plan to explore without an account, or sign in with Google, Apple or an email and password. Add a child or an adult whose trips you're planning. Only add information you have permission to manage.
Invite someone
Calendar → Share (or People → select a person → Manage sharing) lets you invite someone to a person's calendar by email and manage or revoke access. Recipients open the invitation link, sign in and accept; existing users can also review pending invitations in Inbox. Invite to app does not itself grant calendar access. TestFlight installation access is separate from calendar sharing.
Pickup and drop-off requests
When you assign a pickup or drop-off, the person you asked needs to accept it before the trip is confirmed. Set either trip to Not needed when no ride is required. Drop-off starts at the event's start time and pickup at its end time. If you adjust a trip time, that adjustment is kept when the event time changes. The assigned person can Accept or Decline in the event or Inbox and add a comment. Verified recipients receive request emails with review links; they open a link, sign in, review the current plan, then explicitly send the response. The calendar organizer and editors receive the reply and any comment. If you're unsure about a trip, check with the person handling it.
Request a ride from someone on a shared calendar
After accepting calendar access, adults can open an event they can see and request a pickup or drop-off from the organizer or another accepted adult on that calendar. Read-only participants can request rides without editing the rest of the event. Each selected person must accept or decline. Check each trip’s response separately.
Today widget on iPhone
Open Settings → Assistant & reminders → Today widget and enable Show Today on this iPhone. Then touch and hold your Home Screen, choose Edit → Add Widget and search for PickMeUpTime. The small and medium widgets can show names, event titles, trip status and confirmed helpers. Open the app to refresh and check the widget’s update time. Saved plans expire after 15 minutes; signing out turns the widget off and removes its saved schedule.
Reminders
Settings → Assistant & reminders → My reminder timing sets your own lead time for both phone and verified-email reminders. Enable phone alerts on the iPhone and verify an email in Email assistant. Messages can be delayed. Check the event to see whether the person has accepted the trip. Changing your reminder timing does not reschedule reminders that are already queued. If you change or remove a trip, reminders for the old plan are cancelled.
Imported duplicates
Events show their source. Open a duplicate and choose Remove event to remove that person's PickMeUpTime copy for everyone with access. The source calendar is unchanged. The connection will skip that event on later syncs. If you reconnect the source, it may be imported again.
Email assistant
Verify your email and explicitly enable Allow AI email assistance in Settings → Assistant & reminders → Email assistant. Then email pickmeuptime-assistant@mail.meshagent.com from the verified address. MeshAgent and OpenAI process your message and the calendar details you have access to. You review and confirm suggested changes before they are saved. You can turn AI assistance off in the same settings at any time.
Account recovery
Use the same Google or Apple account you originally used. Email password accounts can use Forgot password to receive a reset code. Older username accounts can still sign in with their username or use their saved recovery code. An invited social sign-in does not create a separate password.
